Commercial Marketing Executive

THE ROLE
The Commercial Marketing Executive will be instrumental in driving the company’s business growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting commercial objectives through targeted campaigns, CRM management, and market research. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
SUMMARY
- Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilising tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and manage the company’s CRM database, ensuring data accuracy to support targeted marketing efforts and sales alignment.
- Content Development:
- Create compelling promotional content for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media, leveraging AI tools to enhance reach and engagement.
- Market Insights:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, applying insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Event Marketing:
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance the company’s commercial presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor, measure, and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Use CRM data to identify trends, segment audiences, and deliver personalised marketing communications.
- Represent the company at external events, networking with industry professionals to generate leads and strengthen partnerships.
- Analyse competitor activity and market performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Leverage AI and analytical tools to continually enhance marketing activities and ensure measurable ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK and within commutable distance of 80 High Street, Eton, SL4 6AF.
Desirable:
- Experience in managing campaigns for service-based or utility sectors.
- Knowledge of AI tools and digital marketing best practices.

BILL VALIDATION ANALYST

THE ROLE
The Bill Validation Analyst will report to the Bureau Manager and support the Bureau Team in ensuring the efficient, accurate and timely processing of complex utility bills for our customers. They will also provide support through detection and error resolution. The role requires professional liaison with customers and suppliers to provide assurance that bills are correct, and to follow up any discrepancies.
SUMMARY
- Bill auditing Accurately updating the database with site, meter and contract information, and consumption data
- To deliver the highest quality services and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Responsibility for the preparation, interpretation and timely delivery of Bill Validation reports
- Calculation of charges/accruals/finance reporting for sites, and for departments/the business at summary level
- Variance reporting and analysis
