Water is indeed a precious and increasingly expensive resource.
ADSM helps both private and public sector organisations to significantly reduce water usage and cut leakage – in some cases making as much as a 30% reduction.
With extensive practical experience, we work hand in hand with our customers to meet and exceed their water saving and sustainability targets.
ADSM will :
- Set up and maintain a centralised billing database on your behalf
- Review your existing water-consuming assets and operating practices
- Identify opportunities for savings at all your sites
- Provide all the assistance you need to improve and maintain your organisation's water usage efficiency and your impact on the environment
There is no up-front investment to achieve your water savings. We charge a percentage of the proven savings over a fixed term. After the initial Agreement period, the full 100% of financial savings go direct to your organisation.
A Water Services Agreement with ADSM provides :
- A survey of your site, if necessary
- Water bill validation - and direct liaison with your water provider
- Installation and supply of leading-edge, water-efficiency technology, as appropriate for each site
- Environmental certification
- M&T (monitoring & targeting) detailed reports on a monthly basis, to confirm and analyse water savings
- Helpdesk for advice
- Annual maintenance of installed water-saving equipment
- Account Management, to ensure things always run smoothly
