Heating and Cooling Efficiently :

  • Combined Heat and Power (CHP) - fuel-efficient energy technology that, unlike conventional forms of electricity generation, puts to use the by-product - heat - that is normally wasted to the environment. CHP can increase the overall efficiency of fuel use to more than 75%, compared with around 50% from conventional electricity generation. It also produces much less carbon dioxide than other ways of providing heat and power.
  • Absorption chillers - efficient cooling using heat energy as an input
  • Combination boilers - a high-efficiency water heater and central heating boiler combined in one unit – delivering a significant saving on water heating costs

Insulation :
