Water is indeed a precious and increasingly expensive resource.

ADSM helps both private and public sector organisations to significantly reduce water usage and cut leakage – in some cases making as much as a 30% reduction.

With extensive practical experience, we work hand in hand with our customers to meet and exceed their water saving and sustainability targets.

ADSM will :

Set up and maintain a centralised billing database on your behalf
Review your existing water-consuming assets and operating practices
Identify opportunities for savings at all your sites
Provide all the assistance you need to improve and maintain your organisation's water usage efficiency and your impact on the environment

There is no up-front investment to achieve your water savings. We charge a percentage of the proven savings over a fixed term. After the initial Agreement period, the full 100% of financial savings go direct to your organisation.

A Water Services Agreement with ADSM provides :

A survey of your site, if necessary
Water bill validation - and direct liaison with your water provider
Installation and supply of leading-edge, water-efficiency technology, as appropriate for each site
Environmental certification
M&T (monitoring & targeting) detailed reports on a monthly basis, to confirm and analyse water savings
Helpdesk for advice
Annual maintenance of installed water-saving equipment
Account Management, to ensure things always run smoothly
